DEHA CLASSIC SUMMER GREEN TEAA beginner’s green tea, well suited for an afternoon cup. From an estate reputed for its organic teas, comes this green tea. Made in the Chinese style - of steaming rather than pan-firing, it’s a medium-bodied and very smooth tea. Very easy on the palate. As with most greens, avoid over steeping since that renders it bitter. The liquor is medium bodied, with smooth textures. Starts with dominant notes of cooked corn and flavours of stewed vegetables are discernible in the middle and back. Has a dry aftertaste.
