Worldwide Shipping & Delivery Information

SHIPPING CHARGES & CANCELLATION POLICY
When you add an item to cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and mode of shipping.

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partners, Aramex/DHL/FedEx do not deliver “HighTea” orders on Saturday or Sundays.

Important Notice: It has come to our notice that the Customs Departments in Colombia, Costa-Rica, Czech Republic, Germany, Israel, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Qatar, Portugal, Spain, Thailand and Ukraine may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at “HighTea” work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment centre.

Delivery Partners
For International shipping, we work primarily with Aramex/DHL/FedEx, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service (Aramex/DHL/FedEx) takes up to 5-8 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 30-45 working days for delivery & Air Mail takes up to 45-60 days for delivery.

For shipping to destinations within India, we primarily work with Blue Dart/Shiprocket. We use FedEx – India, or EMS for Out of Delivery Area’s (ODA).
