CHOTA TINGRAI GUNPOWDER TEA
This is a form of tea that has a whole tea leaf rolled into a small round pellet, and its English name derives from its resemblance to gunpowder pellets. This Gunpowder green tea contains more caffeine than regular green tea and this is due to the tightly rolled up leaves retaining more caffeine. As a result, the tea provides a good caffeine boost, and the caffeine content is around (35-40mg/230g/8oz. serving). Athletes commonly use it to increase endurance. It has a bold and mildly smoky flavor and is widely used in making Moroccan Mint tea. Gunpowder tea leaves stay fresh longer than any other green tea leaves due to their compressed form. With its surprisingly fresh, earthy, smoky flavor and smooth finish, this fine cup of tea will keep you energized throughout the day.
